Support Learn by Doing from the Winery to the Tasting Room

The College of Agriculture, Food & Environmental Sciences is continuing Cal Poly’s 100-year tradition of Learn by Doing by launching a campaign to build a state-of-the-industry teaching and research campus winery.

About the Center for Wine & Viticulture

Our new facility will serve as the campus winery and will include state-of-the-art features that are crucial to the success of our students, such as enology, sensory, viticulture and business labs, meeting rooms, and research and event spaces.

Enabling students to hone their skills utilizing modern techniques and facilities will help ensure their success in the industry, and further Cal Poly’s standing as a leader in this field.

Join Us and Double your Investment

This is your opportunity to help us build a facility that elevates the quality of Cal Poly’s award-winning Wine & Viticulture program and benefits students and the industry for years to come.

Two remarkable Cal Poly alumni, and parents of Wine & Viticulture student, have pledged up to $100,000 to match dollar-for-dollar new funds donated by other parents, alumni and friends.

Give $1, give $100, give thousands of dollars – no matter the size of your investment, you will help us achieve our goal.
