Company Description We are a small, family owned winery in business since 1988, producing 10,000 cases, expanding to 30,000 cases this coming harvest. We produce ultra premium Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Merlot and Syrah, as well as custom crush other varietals for several clients. 
Job Description

This job entails all aspects of harvest cellar, including grape sampling and analysis, harvest setup and breakdown, sanitation, juice and wine transfers, barrel filling. Some labwork if desired.
Intern can participate in a small scale Pinot Noir project, where they are given several tons of Pinot Noir grapes and they must plan and carry out the plan from grape handling to barrel down

Other Information Applicants must be able to lift heavy loads and climb ladders. 
Applicants must have a desire to learn about and produce high quality wines. 
Under age 21 is acceptable, but over 21 allows for full sensory analysis.
Must be able to work 5-7 days/week and 8-12 hours/day.
