Company Description Villa San-Juliette Vineyard & Winery is a dynamic and growing brand in the Paso Robles AVA. The SIP Certified vineyard that surrounds the winery is home to 12 Bordeaux and Rhone varieties covering a span of 128 acres. We focus on precision viticulture between our reserve and estate tiers, which result in small and medium sized fermentations at the winery in an effort to capture the best qualities of the site. 

Job Description

We are looking for two interns to join our winemaker (Cal Poly WVIT Alum) and assistant winemaker in a wide range of harvest tasks including but not limited to:
•       Crush Operations
•       Cap Management
•       Sanitation
•       Barrel work
•       Juice/wine transfers
•       Additions and inoculations
•       Vineyard sampling
•       Grower relations
•       Brand ambassador opportunities 

Qualifications:
•       Possess a positive attitude and a sense of humor
•        Flexible and willing to work varying shifts, overtime, and weekends
•       Able to read, write, speak and understand English
•        Able to accurately complete work instructions individually or in a 
        team
•        Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
•        Able to lift 50-60 pounds repeatedly 
•        Ability to drive a forklift (we will provide safety training and 
        certification if not previously certified)
•       21+ years old preferred
