Our production also includes the wines for our Rhone-centric sister label Epiphany Cellars.
Job Description

Cellar: sorting fruit, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, punch-downs, assist with additions, and other general cellar work.
Lab: Monitor fermentations, process and analyze juice samples.  Analysis include: Brix, pH, TA, NOPA and ammonia, glu/fru.  Assist with sorting fruit, inoculations, and other cellar tasks.
*Lab intern in Los Olivos will work independently, lab intern in Santa Maria will work with the enologist.

Other Information Applicants should be quality focused, interested in wine, and have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. These positions will start in early August and last through the end of October, during this time the candidate must be able to work full time including long hours including overtime and weekends. All interns must be able to lift 50 lbs, perform physical labor, accurately record data, and communicate with the winemaking staff.
