Under the supervision of the Operations and Winery Managers the candidate will be responsible for many aspects of vineyard and landscaping operations and maintenance. Seasonal assistance with wine making duties as necessary.
Vineyard and Winery:
Possible Vineyard and Winery tasks will include pruning, seasonal plant and trellis management, cultivation, spraying, irrigation and harvesting. The candidate will also have the opportunity to assist in with winemaking, barreling, bottling and storeroom tasks. DOE
Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance:
Possible tasks include landscape maintenance, supervision, new plantings, weed management, irrigation. Setup and preparation for private events.
Skills or work experience in the following areas would be ideal but not required:
• General maintenance skills. Painting, basic carpentry, equipment maintenance, general shop skills, hand, and power tool skills. Mechanical ability.
• Experience with operation of tractors and forklift. Field equipment.
• Any winery, viticulture or special events related work experience. Job responsibilities with vary DOE
• Bilingual English and Spanish conversational skills a plus
• Flexibility. Will include some weekend and overtime work depending on season and task at hand.

Wages depending on experience.
The ideal candidate would have significant related work experience, be available on a full-time basis and possess a genuine interest in viticulture and winery operations and a willingness to learn.
Interest or experience in organic grape growing a big plus.
