Harmony Cellars
Harmony Cellars was one of the first 20 wineries established in the Paso Robles AVA. We are located in the rolling hills off HWY 1, 7 miles north of Cayucos, in Northern SLO County. We have been producing award winning wines since 1989, and our winemaker has been making wine since 1985. We source our red grapes from all over the Paso Robles AVA and our white grapes from Monterey County.

The internship involves hands on experience in all aspects of cellar operations. General tasks include but are not limited to:
-Clean and sanitization of all areas (facility and equipment)
-General cleanup and organization
-Equipment set-up, operation and maintenance
-Assist with processing fruit, grape sorting and operating presses
-Barrel cleaning, filling, racking and topping
-Preparation of samples
-Chemical additions to wine and juice
-Perform routine pump-overs, punch-downs and additions
-Uphold all SOPs for equipment operations and sanitary practices
-Observe safe cellar practices
-Frequent standing, walking, climbing up/down stairs, ladder use and heavy lifting
-21 years of age or older
-Ability to speak, read and write English
-Knowledge of wine chemistry and laboratory skills
-Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
-Willingness to work when needed, including weekends/holidays
-Possess a positive attitude and sense of humor
-Team oriented with strong social skills
-Forklift experience preferred
