Head Cidermaker
Full Time
Northwood Cider Company
Norwood, Ohio (Cincinnati)
Northwood Cider Co. is the Cincinnati region’s first dedicated cidery, opening in June/July 2022 in a newly renovated building. If you aren’t familiar with Norwood, it is an independent city completely surrounded by the City of Cincinnati, OH - Northwood Cider Co. seeks to embody that same independent spirit as the first cidery in this beer-soaked market (the region is the 4th largest producer of beer in the USA). We are seeking a Head Cidermaker capable of developing high quality and unique cider offerings that make people forget beer even exists, who will foster a fun and inclusive workplace culture, and someone who feels comfortable growing with a brand new company! Like most cideries, we’ll have our core line-up of cider, but we are looking for someone willing to break tradition on occasion, experiment with new flavors, push the limits of what hard cider can be, and consistently surprise customers.

We are building a work environment that is collaborative, inclusive, fun, engaging, and always striving to do good for our staff and our community. As a part of our team, you’ll be working with not only the founders, but also the front of house and sales/marketing colleagues to ensure everyone is on the same page in building the brand and supporting one another.
