Fulldraw Vineyard is looking to fill internship positions for the 2022 harvest. Interns will be working directly with the Winemaker and Cellar Master during the entire harvest season from the initial farming of the grapes through the end of the post-fermentation aging of the wines.

Position responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Work directly with the Winemaker and Cellarmaster during the initial processing of the fruit
- Perform the required cap management of varieties during their primary fermentation
- Collect data during fermentations and provide samples for lab analysis as required
- Use Barrel Management software to complete work orders as provided by the Cellar Master
- Assist in conditioning of barrels and filling of barrels for wines moving into secondary fermentation
- Clean and maintain all tools, machinery, and equipment that will be used during harvest as instructed by the Cellar Master
- Provide any and all assistance in additional tasks required during the harvest season

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Seasonal position that will require work hours from early morning to late afternoon
- Have a driven work ethic and be self sufficient
- Highly developed organizational skills
- Strong teamwork orientation
- Must be able to multitask, work in a high energy environment, and have open communication with other employees
