The Wine Foundry is a custom winemaking facility located in southern Napa’s Crusher District. We are seeking a wine enthusiast to assist the Wine Production team with data entry, inventory management and bottling logistics. Duties will include occasional wine sample pulls and additions. This position offers the opportunity to gain exposure to the many facets of high-end wine production while working in a collegial environment with experienced team members.

Candidate must have excellent organizational skills and enjoy teamwork. Advanced wine knowledge is not required, but willingness to learn about wine production is important. Candidate must have excellent computer skills and the ability to learn and work with our production management software. Must be 21 yrs. or older.


Responsibilities:
-Workorder entry throughout the year
-Maintain accurate wine and barrel inventory
-Maintain packaging inventory for bottling
-Prepare shipping Bills of Lading
-Occasional wine sample pulling help and additions during harvest
Job Requirement and Qualifications
-One harvest experience preferred, but not required
-Attention to detail and follow-through required
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong computer aptitude. Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel, with Salesforce a plus.
-Able to lift 50 lbs
-Valid CA driver’s license required
