Full Time
Silverado Farming Company
Napa, CA
For 20 years, Silverado Farming Company has provided vineyard management to Napa Valley’s best estate wineries. Silverado Farming is the only vineyard management company in the Napa Valley with a full-time Research Manager. Our goal is to show how vineyard practices can improve wine quality. Each year, we conduct several vineyard trials to turn into finished wine in our experimental winery.

In 2006, Silverado Partners Pete Richmond, Arnulfo Solorio, and Miguel Luna founded the One Percent for the Community Fund. Each year this fund reinvests one percent of Silverado Farming’s gross profits into local nonprofit organizations that share our values and bring medical, social, and financial support services to Napa Valley families, farmworkers, and at-risk youth
