Peacock Cellars is a small, family owned and operated winery located in Arroyo Grande, just 20 minutes south of Cal Poly. We proudly grow our own Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah, while also sourcing high quality grapes like Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel from Paso Robles.

We are seeking part-time harvest help for the upcoming 2022 vintage, lasting from approximately early September to early November. The full time cellar team will be working 6 days per week, but this part-time position will be 3-5 days per week. We can likely work with your schedule as long as it is consistent.

By working at Peacock Cellars, you’ll experience proper cleaning and sanitation, pump operation, punch-downs, inoculations and additions, fruit weighing, record keeping, barrel downs and topping, and more. Forklift experience is desired, but not necessary. We can teach you how to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
We pay very close attention to detail during production in order to produce our high quality wines, and we are looking for someone who can do the same. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.

This role has the potential to lead to a full-time position after harvest for the right candidate.
