Harvest Winemaking Intern
Seasonal F/T
Two Moons Cellars
2490 Ramada Drive, Paso Robles, CA 93446
Two Moons Winery is a boutique custom crush winery in Paso Robles. We work primarily with premier vineyards on the west side of Paso Robles, producing distinctive blends with unique varietals.
DOE: $10-$15
As a harvest intern, you will be exposed to all aspects of the winemaking process including grape receival, fruit processing, punchdowns, pumpvoers, pressing, and barreling down.

Flexible scheduling (including weekend work) is a must.

Since Two Moons Cellars is a custom crush facility, you will be exposed to a myriad of winemaking styles and decisions. The facility and team are very small and tight knit, so maximum attention to detail and a hands on attitude are essential.

The ideal candidate can drive a forklift safely and efficiently, knows how to operate a pump, understands what a confined space is, and has a good attitude. Prior harvest experience is preferred. Ideally, this person also has a decent understanding of winemaking, wine chemistry, and good sanitation practices.

-Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
-Willingness and ability to stand and work for long periods of time
-Have a reliable form of transportation
-Be 21 years of age or older
-English literacy
