TH Estate wines is a boutique, premium winery and vineyard estate, specializing in Rhone varieties. We are conveniently located only 2 miles off 46W and only 3 miles from downtown Paso Robles. We are looking for a new, full-time team member, as a Tasting Room Educator/Social Media Director, who will be one of the primary faces and voices of the tasting room. This position requires an individual that can provide the customer with an experience that goes above and beyond expectations, while also helping to maintain a warm, friendly, clean, organized, and efficient tasting room. The position will require the majority of time spent in the tasting room, while also having flexibility to do other aspects of daily operations. You might even be needed on the bottling line or on the crush pad sometime, so flexibility is an admired trait!

Job Responsibilities:
•Perform all aspects of tasting room operations including hospitality, conducting both bar and seated tastings, daily inventory, reservations, POS, general procedures, and exceptional customer communication
•In charge of all social media interaction and creative posting
•Help create content to promote new releases and winery events
•Set daily sales goals in a creative and exciting way to motivate performance
•Work with the Wine Club to creatively reach monthly sign up goals
•Facilitate ordering of tasting room supplies, packaging materials and office supplies
•Represents Winery at outside functions as needed

Professional Requirements:
•Requesting hospitality industry experience, preferably within the wine industry
•Must be a positive team player who practices respect and appreciation for all team members
•Tech savvy, with strong computer skills, and competent in learning new software
•Strong customer service, sales skills, and excellent communication skills
•Detail oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
•Has a passion for wine and knowledge, and pursues the skills required to deliver results
•Ability to adapt quickly to changes in plans and work without close supervision or rigid structure
•Must work weekends and occasional evenings
•Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time and capable of carrying 50 pounds
•Must be at least 21 years of age
•Professional appearance and demeanor
•College degree desired
