Right now we are hunting for a Wine Educator for our tasting room on weekends. The position will begin as part time on Saturday and Sunday, but there is plenty of potential to pick up hours during harvest.

An ideal candidate will be positive, upbeat with a friendly disposition, and have a passion for wine. Knowledge about wine and Paso Robles is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in tasting rooms is also a plus, however restaurant experience can be equally valuable. Excellent customer service is an essential part of this position, as we strive to provide a personal, friendly and memorable experience to each guest. Weekends can be very fast paced, so knowing how to be efficient and focused while still appearing graceful and offering an elevated experience is key.

The person that fills this position may also have the opportunity to get their hands dirty during harvest. Our harvest team sometimes needs an extra pair of hands to help with processing fruit and general cleaning. Hours will be based on mother nature. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about all aspects of a working winery.
Position:

Wine Educator, Tasting Room Attendant

Weekends, 9:30 - 5:30 pm (sometimes later) and special events.

Must be 21 years or older

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time

Positive attitude with the ability to communicate well with guests and
co-workers
