We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to work in our in-house wine lab to assist in lab work and bottling line quality control. Responsibilities include pulling sample, setting up trials for the winemakers, and running analysis on ageing wine. During harvest, responsibilities will include inoculations, monitoring fermentations, and cellar work. On bottling days, responsibilities include regular quality control checks on the bottling line: labels, corks, capsules, etc. You will work closely with the Laboratory Director and bottling line operators to ensure all points on the bottling line are functioning properly and efficiently.

You must be able to work outdoors for extended periods of time, climb stairs and ladders, lift 50 pounds, and be on your feet for most of the day. Reliable transportation is required.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

•Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
•Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
•Basic computer skills

While a full time commitment is preferred, we might be able to be work with a part time schedule while school is in session.
