Lynmar is a small lot, ultra-premium Pinot noir and Chardonnay producer situated on approximately 75 acres of estate vineyards in the heart of the Russian River Valley.

Job Description:
Candidates will experience all facets of harvest and work closely with our small winemaking team. Ideal candidates must have the ability to work outside in various weather conditions, stand for long periods of time, lift 50lbs and be able to push and pull 100lbs.
We have multiple cellar positions available including one specialty position with a hybrid lab/cellar focus.
Cellar Position (including but not limited to):
Maintaining proper sanitation procedures
Tank & crush pad preparation and grape processing
Juice / wine additions
Fermentation maintenance
Barrel preparation
Press/equipment operation
Forklift experience is preferred but not necessary.
Hybrid Lab/Cellar Position (including but not limited to):
Perform juice and/or wine analysis with focus on the following wet chemistry: Brix/temp, pH, TA, VA, Free SO2, and alcohol.
Monitor tank and barrel fermentations.
Collect vineyard & tank samples for analysis
Grape sample processing
Proper handling, maintenance and cleaning of lab equipment
Must have good communication skills and most of all, candidates must have a positive attitude to work long hours and up to 6 days of the week during the peak of harvest.
