On-Call Tasting Room Associate
Part Time
Parrish Family Vineyard
3590 Adelaida Road, Paso Robles
After growing up hearing stories of his grandfather, David Parrish wanted to see if he had the same green thumb. Parrish graduated from U.C. Davis in 1974 and continued his passion for grape growing by founding a vineyard trellising company, A&P Ag Structures. It caught the attention of Napa’s Robert Mondavi and soon Parrish developed and installed trellising for his vineyards as well as for other renown wineries such as Beringer.

About two decades later, Parrish wanted to come back to the Central Coast to continue his grandfather’s passion of growing grapes here where it all started. The first vintage was produced in 2004, and today the Parrish family manages more than 150-acres in the Paso Robles area.

In 2018 the Parrish family reached another milestone opening a wine and food destination on Adelaida Road. The tasting room features spaces for vineyard walks, winery tours, food & wine pairings, tastings and bottle services; as well as event and conference spaces. Guests are treated to indoor and outdoor locations to learn more about their palate preferences, to relax and be inspired over wine. They can also unwind with a putting green on property complete with complimentary putters and golf balls.

Truly a family run winery, winemaker David Parrish is often pouring in the tasting room, his daughter and General Manager Cecily Parrish Ray bakes fresh bread in the commercial kitchen and Cecily’s husband, Ethan Ray, is the Cellar Master and Assistant Vineyard Manager working alongside David. Together, along with their passionate, hardworking team, they welcome you to their tasting room, also known as the ranch house.
