Three Wine Company is a small family winery located in the Old Sugar Mill in Clarksburg, CA. We produce several red varietals including Zinfandel, Carignane, Mataro, and Petite Sirah from the sandy soils in Oakley California. Many of our vineyards are 85 to over 130 years old, dry farmed, and cooled by the SF Bay area breeze. Our winemaking philosophy is summed up as focusing on "The Dirt, The Micro-Climate, and don't Screw it Up". For anyone who is interested in making wines that truly represent a Californian style and the history that has created these unique heritage vineyards, then we are the winery for you.

Applicants should be detail oriented, dependable, works well with others, and used to hard work. Good communication skills and the willingness to perform physically demanding tasks for long hours are also required. Duties include:
• Crush-pad work (fruit processing, cleaning destemming equipment, etc.)
• Fermentation management (pump-overs/punch-downs, yeast/nutrient additions, sampling)
• Daily fermentation monitoring (brix, temperature, and sensory evaluation)
• Pressing, including “digging-out” tanks and cleaning equipment
• Barrel work including topping, racking, and cleaning
• Lab analysis (Brix, free SO2, pH, and TA)
Requirements:
• Physically able to climb ladders and steps, be on your feet for extended periods of time in an environment that can be hot, cold, and wet
• Follow safety protocol, good housekeeping practices, and standard operating procedures
• Follow verbal and written instructions
• Work extended hours on limited notice during the height of crush
• Willing to work long hours
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Fluent in English, Spanish not necessary but a plus
