Harvest Intern - Luna Vineyards

Luna Vineyards is a small, family-owned winery that is known for producing Italian varietals and Cabernet Sauvignon in Napa Valley 

We are currently seeking harvest cellar interns to join our team for the 2017 harvest season. As a harvest intern you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of harvest and crush activities and work directly under the supervision of the winemaker and tight knit experienced crew.

Successful candidates will be able to:
 follow written and verbal instructions
 have a strong work ethic and be self motivated
 have a positive attitude and enjoy working as a team


Specific duties include
receiving, sorting and processing fruit
 pump-overs, punch downs, must and juice additions
juice transfers
barrel prep and filling
 equipment sanitation… lots of cleaning
other duties as they arise

Must be flexible to work long hours and to work weekends Must be able to lift and carry 40+ lbs. Position starts late August through mid-November.
