Napa Valley Vineyard Intern A sixth-generation Napa Valley grape growing company focusing on growing premium quality Cabernet Sauvignon is looking to hire two interns for $21/hour. One internship will last for 6 months (through harvest) and the other will be for 3 months (summer). These internships will include training in vineyard technologies as well as delving into the aspects of growing premium quality fruit. Duties include but are not limited to research trial data collection, pest and disease scouting, irrigation uniformity projects, data analysis and management, and yield estimation data collection. Interns will be working directly with the Viticulture Research team. Job Requirements include the ability to walk long distances on uneven vineyard terrain, lift 50 lbs, work outdoors for extended periods, basic excel knowledge, minimum of 2 years of college (Junior) with an agriculture major, and a valid CA driver license. This job will be approximately 40 hours a week for 3 or 6 months.
