Company Description:
Lynmar Estate is an ultra-premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay producer. The Estate is comprised of four distinctive vineyard sites located throughout the Russian River Valley. Our vineyards include fifteen clones of Pinot Noir and four clones of Chardonnay that are sustainably and meticulously farmed by our wonderful vineyard team! The winery is located on the 45-acre Quail Hill vineyard providing the work day with endless views of Sonoma county.
Candidates will experience all facets of harvest and work closely with our small winemaking team. Ideal candidates must have the ability to work outside in various weather conditions, stand for long periods of time, and be able to lift 50lbs. Must be willing to work long hours and up to 6 days a week in the peak of harvest. Must have good communications skills and most of all a positive attitude & willingness to learn about wine!

Job Description:
Cellar Positions (including but not limited to):
• Vineyard Sampling
• Tank Preparation
• Fruit Processing
• Assisting Enologist with Brix & Temps
• Juice/ Wine additions
• Fermentation Maintenance (pumpovers and punchdowns)
• Draining and Digging tanks
• Barrel work ( Steaming, Barrel downs, Transfers)
• Press/equipment operation
• Forklift operation (experience preferred but not necessary)
Other Information:
During harvest, lunch will be provided several days a week as well as having a fridge full of Costco snacks and sandwich fixings.
We have positions starting in late July and others starting mid- August and will last through harvest.
