HARVEST INTERNS

Summerwood Winery and Inn located on the Westside of Paso Robles is seeking 2 focused and detail-oriented interns for the 2022 harvest.
Candidates must be highly motivated, detail oriented and hard working. Candidates must be willing to work long, extended hours including weekends and have a passion for wine and winemaking. Interns will work within a small winemaking team on all aspects of harvest and winery operations.

Harvest interns play an integral part in making the highest quality wine possible.

Primary duties will include vineyard sampling, processing grapes, punch-downs, monitoring fermentation in tanks and barrels, loading presses, emptying fermentation tanks, barreling down juice/wine, cleaning, cleaning, and more cleaning.

The ideal candidates will have prior harvest experience, but exceptional applicants without cellar experience will be considered.
