Harvest 2022 Intern
Seasonal F/T
Jacob Toft Wines
Paso Robles, CA
Jacob Toft has been producing small-batch, full-flavored wines for over twenty years. Jacob learned that wines of quality begin in the vineyard. This mindset drives Jacob to source only the best fruit that the Central Coast offers. These vineyard locations span from Santa Barbara to Santa Lucia Highlands, with deep roots in Paso Robles. Originally a gypsy winemaker, Jacob has since settled his winemaking operations to the Paso Robles neighborhood of Tin City in 2015. Jacob and his wife, Kelly, continue to produce blends with loads of personality and nimble feet. Our team is small and close knit with their hands in all aspects of wine production.
