The cellar technician II is responsible for all cellar duties pertinent to the production of quality wines. A strong work ethic and acute attention to detail are critical for success in this position. Continuously improving techniques such as racking, blending and harvest operations is expected. Each member of the cellar team is expected to be collaborative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Safety is of the upmost importance and safety policies must be followed at all times
