We are a small team operating a winery and private tasting room in downtown Santa Barbara looking for help in all aspects of the business. The role will consist of tasting room work (60%), wine club admin (20%), and cellar/harvest work (20%). This is an ideal position for someone looking to gain experience in all aspects of operating a small winery.
We are looking for someone who is interested in growing with the business for a year or more. Previous experience in wineries/hospitality a plus but not necessary.
