Law Estate Wines
Paso Robles
Hello Everyone,

My name is Philipp I am the winemaker at Law Estate Wines in beautiful Central California. We are a small family owned winery producing limited quantities of premium wine. Don and Susie Law first planted grapes on the property in 2008, we are 100% Estate and organically farmed. The approach to wine making is minimal intervention in order to allow the beautiful vineyards that we have and the incredible fruit that we grow, to truly shine. We are planted to mainly Rhone varieties but also have a bit of Bordeaux as well as some Spanish varieties with which to play.
We are looking for a few motivated and hard working interns to help us make some delicious wine in 2023! Successful applicants will be motivated, passionate and ready to work long hours. Since we are a small winery interns are involved in all aspects of winemaking, from vineyard sampling to winery sanitation, ferment management, sorting, cap management, barrel work and some lab work. Successful applicants must be able to lift 50lbs and be willing to work long hours.
