Located in the Stags Leap District of Napa Valley, Pine Ridge Vineyards is comprised of 10 estate vineyards in Napa's best AVAs. We focus on crafting luxury Cabernet Sauvignon from Howell Mountain, Rutherford, Oakville, Stags Leap, Carneros and Napa Valley as a whole.

Winery/Crush Help
We are seeking self-motivated individuals for the upcoming harvest. The job entails, but is not limited to: pump overs, wine/juice additions, cleaning tanks, barreling down, cleaning barrels, setting up barrels for filling in caves, digging out tanks and overall cleanliness of cellar and caves.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work long hours including weekends. Experience is a preferred; we are interested in a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

The projected hourly pay range for this position is $20-23 per hour. The range is the projected compensation for this position however the actual compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as (but not limited to) candidate qualifications, related experience and education, candidate work location and market data. Crimson Wine Group reserves the right to modify the pay range at any time in the future.
