Small to mid sized winery in western paso robles adelaida district. We do a variety of rhone and bordeaux with estate and contracted fruit giving the applicant a wide array of experience with us during the season. We are flexible with students that are still taking classes during the fall.

Managing fermentations, processing fruit, cleaning fermentation vessels, barrels downs, tracking fermentation progress and more!

We work with Vintrace software so its a good start with becoming familiar on the electronic tracking that happens during harvest.

We also have a small in house lab for analyzing fruit samples
