Soter Vineyards was founded in 1997 by Tony and Michelle Soter and is located just outside the town of Carlton, Oregon. With over 100acres of Estate Grown (Organic and Biodynamic) Vineyards we are able to explore and craft wines from some of the most extraordinary terriors that Oregon has to offer. Our 240acre Biodynamic Ranch is home to our Crown Jewel-Mineral Springs Vineyard-its here that we have established our winemaking facilities. At Soter Vineyard we pride ourselves in creating the finest examples of Oregon Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Methode Champenoise Sparkling Wines
Pay Range:
17-19$/hr

Job Description:
We are seeking to put together a harvest team comprised of dynamic individuals that share our core values, including thoughtful farming and high-quality, artistic winemaking, while bringing and celebrating a diverse array of personalities, backgrounds, identities and experiences. We strive to maintain a fun and safe atmosphere while we dedicate ourselves to the harvest at hand. Our team members will be trained and trusted to perform a comprehensive range of cellar, lab, and winemaking duties, while uniquely contributing to our shared work environment
Applicable Skills:
• Positive and curious attitude
• Previous harvest experience, or not
• Love for all things fermented
• Willingness to work long, flexible hours throughout the busy harvest season
• Did we mention a positive attitude?
• Comfort repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to work August – November, roughly
• Forklift experience a plus, but we'll train ya either way
• 21 years or older
Other Information:
Housing support provided to those relocating to the valley.
All harvest meals (and gratuitous snacks) are included for the duration of fruit processing, with all dietary considerations happily accommodated.
