Peacock Cellars is a boutique winery, family owned and operated on the Central Coast of California. We specialize in small quantities of exceptional wine. Our meticulous vineyard management practice produces fruit with intense flavor and quality. Harvest interns are an essential part of our small team, working directly with our Winemaker and Cellar Master to manage the day-to-day cellar operations.
Looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn more about the process of winemaking while working alongside our Winemaker, Cellar Master and production assistants. We ask that applicants are passionate about wine, can work well with a small team and arrive with enthusiasm during our most critical time of year.
This is a physical job requiring many hours on your feet, therefore applicant must be willing to work hard and maintain a positive attitude while doing so. Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds and be reliable and self-motivation.
Job includes but is not limited to: fruit processing & pressing, fermentation management, barrel filling and racking, winery upkeep, vineyard and harvest participation.
