This is a dynamic role with a company that exposes the potential candidate to all important aspects of wine making during harvest. This role involves vineyard scouting/observation and sampling, lab sampling and data analysis, and general production harvest work. This is an excellent opportunity for the candidate to gain an understanding of the entire harvest timeline by being a key part of process.
