Producing grapes and making wine from three distinct American Viticultural Areas, (Clarksburg, Lodi and River Junction), which supports an eponymous case good program, as well as providing bulk juice and wine to numerous clients throughout the state.

We are looking for a student interested in an internship for the 2023 harvest, lasting from mid-July through late December. The intern would participate in all phases of wine production from maturity testing to wine stabilization. Principal responsibilities will involve production lab support, nutrient additions, fermentation monitoring, and record keeping. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to operate equipment related to wine production, including but not limited to receiving equipment, crusher-stemmer, presses, pumps and filters. We believe this opportunity offers the candidate a chance to become familiar with all aspects of wine production.
Four previous interns have acquired full time employment at McManis Family Vineyards upon graduation.
