Position Summary
Under the direction of the Wine Club Manager, the Wine Club Coordinator at The Craig Stoller Collection is responsible for being a proactive part of the Sextant Wines and Paris Valley Road Estate Winery wine club and concierge team. Responsibilities include customer service via telephone and email, wine club sales, data entry, wine club support, and other administrative tasks. This position provides best-in-class customer service, interfaces with customers daily, has a track record of success in selling wine directly to consumers over the phone, email, or in person. This is full-time, on-site position, with occasional evening events.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Learn history of family, our brands, and be able to communicate consistently and clearly
• Generate sales through in-bound calls and emails. Leverage customer service interactions into selling opportunities
• Provide superlative customer service
• Support and assist the Wine Club Manager during wine blub release seasons
• Resolve customer issues regarding shipments and wine club experiences, including making special arrangements, in a mature and professional manner
• Nurture customer relationships through phone and email channels. Gather insight from customer interaction to help develop new products, services, and customer benefits
• Calling on members with invalid or inactive credit cards each release season
• Assist with all aspects of wine club management, including new member set-up in software
• Serve as liaison between the wine club department and the tasting rooms, ensuring high quality customer service for our shared customers
• Assist in the tasting room during high season as needed
• Assist with hosting wine club and tasting room events
• Maintain log of customer contacts and ongoing customer data maintenance
• Contribute creative ideas for sales promotions, club acquisition, retention strategies, and future club benefits
• Assist with tasting room reservations as needed
• Project a professional company image through in-person, phone, and email interaction
• Work in partnership with the Reservation & Wine Club Concierge
• Additional duties and assignments required or requested by company leadership
Professional Qualifications
• 2+ years in customer service, marketing, or direct to consumer wine sales experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to acquire the (RBS) Responsible Beverage Service certification
• Provide excellent verbal and written communications to all levels of management, both internally and externally
• Must be flexible in working weekends (Sat-Sun) during wine club releases and work special events
• Knowledge of the wine industry a plus
• Previous wine club experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with WineDirect and Tock preferred
• Ability to learn new software
• Discretion with confidential information
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
• Work independently within set guidelines
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality, work effectively in a team environment, adherence to all safety regulations and operating procedures

Position Details
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, with occasional shift adjustments
• Location: On-site at Paris Valley Road Estate Winery
