The internship position is for Sugar Sampler and Lab Technician. Students will harvest grapes in the field for sugar sampling-running Brix, pH, and TA's. Samplers will learn to crush the fruit and run the required lab tests for analysis. In addition, students will learn to scout for pests and diseases prominent during the harvest season and any other necessary viticultural tasks.
Must be able to work 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 12:00-4:00PM on scheduled week days. There are no weekend requirements. Part-time or Full-time shifts are available. Modification to these hours is possible with advance notice. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
