Desparada is a full production facility in the heart of Tin City in Templeton, California. We produce a 50/50 split of reds and whites specializing in Sauvignon Blanc, Italian and Bordeaux varietals as well as a growing sparkling project. Desparada is known for highlighting distinctive clones, varietals, and utilizing an array of vessels including acacia, concrete, and amphora.

Desparada is looking for someone with a strong backbone and great work ethic to join our crew for the 2024 harvest. This full-time position will be performing all facets of cellar duties and will last from August through November.

Responsibilities:
Sorting and processing fruit
Fermentation monitoring and management
Sanitizing and cleaning of all equipment
Barrel down wine and dig out tanks
Record Keeping
Forklift Operating

Requirements:
Great attention to detail
Ability to work long hours
Flexible schedule, including working weekends
Must be able to lift 50lbs
RBS training certification (if not currently certified, can be completed on-site)
