Arrow&Branch Winery, located in Napa, is a new winemaking facility serving a collective of small artisan producers and tailored to winemaking at the highest level. We use state of the art equipment and traditional winemaking practices to craft wines from Napa Valley’s most prestigious vineyards.

Job Description:
Arrow&Branch Winery is seeking interns for our 2024 Harvest Team. We are a small winery providing custom crush to winemakers specializing in luxury wines. Our small team insures you will have exposure to all aspects of harvest. This is an incredible opportunity to work with amazing vineyards and alongside different winemakers to witness their unique styles. We are looking for team members who love harvest! If you're positive, organized, hardworking, and excited about wine you'll be a great fit in our team.
Tasks include cleaning and sanitation, grape receiving, sorting and crushing, cap management, digging tanks, pressing, barrel prep, barreling down, fermentation tracking, juice and wine sampling, tasting, and more.

Requirements:
Ability to work long hours and perform the physical work necessary, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Level-headed and reliable under pressure. Flexible and adaptive to harvest's changing priorities.
Good reading, writing, and math skills.
Reliable housing and transportation.
Passion for wine.
Previous harvests preferred but not necessary for motivated and passionate candidates
