Oso Libre Winery is seeking an individual to fill the role of Marketing and Hospitality Coordinator to add to their dynamic team. This person will have a marketing and communications background. The role is integral to our direct-to-consumer (DTC) operations and requires a versatile skill set, a love for wine, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. 

Organize and coordinate events to promote our wines and enhance customer relationships. 

Develop and implement email and text marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer retention. 

Provide clerical support to ensure smooth operations. 

Assist in wine club management and order fulfillment, including packing and shipping orders. 

Create marketing collateral to support sales and marketing initiatives. 

Process back-office transactions accurately and efficiently. 

Maintain and update the website to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 

Drive tasting room sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. 

Develop and maintain outside relationships with industry partners including, hotels, tourist centers and restaurants.

Orderport winery software familiarity is preferred but not required.
