We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive, and personable Tasting Room Sales Associate to join our Croad Vineyards team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and hospitality skills and the ability to create a memorable and positive experience for our guests. As a Tasting Room Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, presenting our wines to guests, and driving sales in our tasting room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests to the tasting room, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Conduct wine tastings, explaining the characteristics of each wine, vineyard history, and winemaking process.
- Educate guests on our wine club membership benefits and encourage sign-ups.
- Promote and sell wine, wine-related merchandise, and other products available in the tasting room.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of the tasting room, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Handle cash register transactions, reply to emails, and answer phone calls.
- Maintain knowledge of current wine inventory, new releases, and upcoming events.
- Assist with special events, private tastings, and group tours as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience.
