Laetitia Vineyard and Winery seeks a strategic DTC Director to lead all direct-to-consumer sales channels including the Tasting Room, Wine Club, E-commerce, and Events. This role will drive DTC sales, meet long and short-term growth goals, and lead operational excellence, aligning strategies with the winery’s core values. The DTC Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership and manage staff across all DTC functions. This position reports to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategy for financial growth across all DTC channels (Tasting Room, Wine Club, E-commerce, and Events) with a focus on customer experience, aligning with Laetitia’s core values.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team, foster collaboration, encourage results via sales goals and train and foster a best-in-class customer experience.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for DTC functions leveraging data to benchmark and improve results.
• Collaborate with the marketing agency on campaigns to drive brand awareness.
• Strategically manage events that enhance DTC engagement and elevate the winery’s brand image.
• Serve as a spokesperson and brand ambassador for the winery, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer interaction.

Location:
Based at the winery. Hands-on presence required.

Experience:
• 5+ years of leadership experience in DTC sales, hospitality, and people management, preferably in the wine industry.
• Proven leadership in DTC channel strategy, operations and sales, including in person customer experience, subscription and e-commerce sales
• Passion for leveraging data to improve business performance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on growth.

Compensation:
• Base Salary: $110,000 - $120,000, based on experience.
• Bonus: 30% of base salary (performance based metrics)
