Laetitia Vineyard and Winery seeks a strategic Wine Club Manager to lead the growth and operational excellence of our Wine Club program. This role will focus on driving member retention, acquisition, and engagement while leveraging data analytics to optimize campaigns. The Wine Club Manager will collaborate closely with the tasting room management team to ensure alignment with the winery’s overall goals and will report to the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wine Club Operations & Strategy: Oversee all aspects of the wine club, ensuring best in class experience. Utilize data analytics to optimize retention, strengthen lifetime member value, create campaigns, and engage members. Drive Wine Club subscription strategies and collaborate with the DTC Director on short and long-term goals.
• Customer Engagement & Retention: Prioritize member communication, purposeful interactions and memorable experiences. Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns and collaborate with the DTC team to optimize members' experiences.
• Data Management & Analytics: Manage Wine Club using the Commerce7 platform. Mine data, track metrics, report on results to optimize sales strategies and business performance. Use data to develop results-driven marketing campaigns.
• Tasting Room Collaboration: Work closely with the tasting room team to enhance member experiences and drive synergies between the two areas, increasing sign-ups, engagement and retention.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and motivate direct and indirect team members to deliver on club member expectations while keeping a focus on retention and growth targets.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing Wine Clubs, subscription programs, or similar initiatives in the wine, hospitality, or relevant industries.
• Proven leadership experience with teams and performance management.
• Strong experience with Wine Club management tools (preferably Commerce7 or WineDirect).
• Prior experience in tasting room operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer engagement.

Location:
Based at the winery with flexibility after the first 90 days. Hands-on presence required.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $75,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
• Bonus: 30% of base salary (performance-based metrics)
