Arrow&Branch Winery, located just south of Yountville, is a new winemaking facility serving a collective of small artisan producers and tailored to winemaking at the highest level. We use state-of-the-art equipment and traditional winemaking practices to craft wines from Napa Valley’s most prestigious vineyards.
We are seeking highly motivated harvest interns to join us for the 2025 vintage! Top candidates will possess excellent attention to detail, an interest in learning, a passion for wine, and a positive attitude. This is an immersive harvest experience where interns will work intimately with the winemakers and the cellar team in ALL aspects of harvest wine production. Candidates of all backgrounds and experience levels are encouraged to apply.

20 - 22 / hr DOE

Job Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Cleaning, sanitation, and equipment set-up
• Grape receiving, processing, and optical sorting.
• Draining and press operations (Pneumatic and Basket Press)
• Wine movements including racking and bulldogging
• Yeast Inoculations, nutrient additions, sampling, and fermentation monitoring
• Pumpovers
• Barrel preparation and filling
• Wine Maintenance including additions, stirring, and topping
• Tasting fermenting musts and finished wines
• Brix and temp checks
Qualified Applicants should have:
• Knowledge of wine making equipment and practices
• Willingness to learn
• Advanced level of cleanliness
• Ability to lift/carry 50lbs daily in temperatures ranging from under 55 and over 90
• Attention to detail
• Great attitude and work ethic
• Willingness to work long hours on your feet, 6 plus days a week
• Able to perform physical labor required for all cellar work
• Able to follow written and oral instruction
• Previous harvest experience desired but not necessary
Harvest safety training will be provided. Start and end dates are variable depending on the season. We expect the internship to begin in August and end in November, however, this is subject to change.
