Alex & Monica Villicana were early pioneers of the Paso Robles wine region. Established in 1993, the couple followed their dream of personally planting a small vineyard, starting a boutique winery, and turning it into a lifestyle. In 2011, they established the county's first craft distillery paving the way for a burgeoning distilled region. Named 2023 Wine Industry People of the Year, Alex & Monica have be a vital part of the Paso Robles wine (and now spirits) industry and have a deep commitment to education, hospitality, and being good members of the community.

Re:Find Distillery & Villicana Winery is looking to add a new member to our dynamic team. We are a boutique winery and distillery dedicated to offering our guests a personalized and memorable tasting experience. We pride ourselves on top-notch hospitality and go the extra mile to help our guests experience all that the Central Coast has to offer. Creating an inviting, authentic, and educational environment that is dedicated to excellent customer service is our priority.

Days Hiring for: TBD - 1 - 2 days per week
Saturday and/or Sunday + Additional on a fill in basis

Hours: 10:45 – 5:45

Compensation: $18/hour + Tips

Location: 2725 Adelaida Road, Paso Robles, CA 93446

Job Description:
· Pour our products and educate guests about our company & products
· Effectively sell wine and spirits
· Artfully sell wine and spirits club memberships
· Help with all aspects of the guest hosting experience including
o Welcoming and greeting guests
o Checking guests out and using POS system
o Polishing glasses, stocking inventory, light cleaning duties

Qualifications:
· Effectively communicate and connect with groups large and small
· Provide an unforgettable customer experience for both members and new guests
· Provide exceptional service and education on our wines/spirits, story, and region
· Confidently sell bottles and explain the benefits of our club memberships
· Make a positive contribution to our collaborative team

Requirements:
· Be 21 years of age
· Be able to lift 50 pounds
· Be able to stand on concrete for extended periods of time
· Willing to participate in cleaning duties
· Have reliable transportation
· Provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
