Pacific Coast Farming is a Vineyard Management and Development company that is based in the Edna Valley. We manage over 1,000 acres of premium varietal wine grapes from Lompoc to Paso Robles.
Mid August
Early November
Join Pacific Coast Farming for the 2025 Harvest season as a Grape Sampler and Lab Assistant! No prior experience is necessary, we will train you. We are looking for motivated students with a passion for Wine and Viticulture. Positions are seasonal and will run from Mid-August to Early November (this may change depending on the growing season). Both full-time and part-time positions are available, we will work around your class schedule.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collection of cluster samples with an ATV
- Scouting for vineyard pests and diseases
- Operation of electric crusher de-stemmer
- Lab analysis for Brix, pH, and TA of crushed samples
- Daily setup/cleanup of the lab
- Assistance with vineyard projects as needed
