vWe are seeking a Harvest Intern to join our small but mighty team. We are a premium estate vineyard and producer that makes 2k cases a year, and growing. We also do custom crush. For this role, we are searching for an individual that is eager to learn and start their career in winemaking. You will be working alongside a small team with 15+ years of experience in small/large winery production environments. Due to the size of our team, we are looking for an individual that is willing to be flexible and help in all aspects of the company. Your main role will be assisting in harvest, however it may also include vineyard and hospitality help. Harvests are an incredible amount of work, but worth it in the long run!
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, we are happy to help you start this journey!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Cleaning and sanitation of cellar and winemaking equipment.
• Fruit sorting and processing.
• Learning and aiding in wine fermentation.
• Cleaning, filling and topping barrels.
• Vineyard sampling.

Schedule/Expectations:
• Harvests can be long. There will be points during the course of your employment where you may be expected to work 6 days a week, and 10-12 hour days (overtime included). We will ensure one full day off, to rest and recover. And plenty of fun on the job!
• Please have reliable transportation.
• Attention to detail in very important.
• Being a self starter and taking initiation is key!
• Eagerness to learn.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for 10 or more hours a day.
