Outpost is a small winery located on Howell Mountain in Angwin, CA. While most of our production is Cabernet, we also make Zinfandel, Grenache, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. Howell Mountain is a magical place, our vineyards here are special. We pride ourselves on making wines that showcase the beauty and magic of this land.

Job Description:
Outpost Wines is hiring Interns for the 2025 harvest season. We are on the search for hard-working and reliable individuals, who want to help us make the best wines we can this vintage.
Our crush pad is outside, and we work in all types of weather. During the peak of harvest, you will be expected to work outside 6 days/week, up to 12 hrs/day. Lunch, snacks and bevies are provided daily. The internship will run approximately from September – Thanksgiving with one position starting in May or June.
The main responsibilities of a Harvest Intern are cleaning and helping to process fruit. Depending on experience and proven capabilities, other vineyard and cellar duties may be assigned as well.
With your application, please include a resume detailing your previous work experience and a cover letter introducing yourself, explaining why you want to work harvest and what you are hoping to get out of the experience.
We are looking for one intern to start early in May or June so please specify in your cover letter if you are interested in a May/June start date or a September start date.
