Law Estate Wines.
We are a small family owned winery on the western hills of Paso Robles at 14-1900ft elevation. We are 100% Estate farm organically and predominantly Rhone varieties, Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, how we also grow some Cabernet, Tempranillo, Carignan, and Petit Verdot.
We are focused on crafting some of the best wines Paso has to offer with incredible attention to detail and focus, all while having a lot of fun!

Successful candidates will be involved in all aspects of harvest, from our last bottling of the year in August, to vineyard work such as sampling, and canopy management.
In the cellar the interns are responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the crush and winery equipment, sorting and processing of fruit, as well as cap management, (punch downs, pump overs and Delestage).
Once harvest is under way we work long hours and 7 days per week until mother nature gives us a break, we work hard and play hard, making sure that the energy in the winery and surrounding the wine is great.
Once harvest is done interns will be involved in the barreling down and finishing of wines, monitoring MLF and sulfuring of wines.
