MCV Wines is seeking a full-time winery employee. This position will cover some of everything working at a smaller winery entails. It will be cellar and production work, sales and marketing, vineyard care and anything else that arises. The ideal candidate will be newer to the industry and have a desire to learn and grow with us. MCV has been producing high scoring, quality driven Petite Sirah and Unique Blends for 15 years, sourcing from vineyards all over the Paso Robles AVA.

The Mostly Fun Stuff (Duties and Responsibilities):
- Work all aspects of production and cellar.
- Work with AP and custom crush clients.
- Make sure all SOPs are followed.
- Maintain a safe, clean and respectable environment.
- Participate in blending and barrel assessment trials.
- Perform some Laboratory work.
- Perform sales and marketing, both Direct to Consumer and Wholesale.
- Do some Vineyard care and maintenance.
- Be willing to work on other tasks and needs as they arise.
Requirements:
- You must be able to lift at least 55 lbs (25 kg).
- You must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime.
- You must be able to work on your feet for long periods of time.
- You must be Forklift Certified or able to be Forklift Certified
- You must be over 21 and have a valid driver’s license.
