Job Description:
Summary- Riboli Family Winery is offering Part-Time and Full-Time seasonal internships for our 2025 harvest season at our San Antonio Winery Production Facility in Paso Robles, CA. This seasonal role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, sustainably focused production facility certified by the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance (CSWA). Interns will support our small year-round team during the busiest and most exciting time of the year—harvest season!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.
Perform daily fermentation checks (Brix/temperature)
Collecting and process lab samples
Conduct lab analysis (pH, TA, enzymatic testing, WineXRAY)
Calibrate and maintain lab equipment
Receive and prepare vineyard grape samples
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab and production areas
Communicate effectively with the winemaking and lab teams
Ensure accurate and detailed record keeping

Qualifications:
Education: Pursuing or holding a degree in Enology, Viticulture, or a related field
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working long shifts on your feet in a physically demanding environment
Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency and time management
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
Maintain a positive attitude and be able to work with a team
