This harvest position entails all aspects of the vintage from crush-pad, laboratory, cellar, minor vineyard sampling and even some wine tasting events. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, working closely with experienced winemakers and cellar staff. The primary focus of the role is to support the day-to-day operations of the cellar during the busy harvest season.

1. Maintain a safe, professional, orderly, and clean working environment; tidy up work areas throughout shift/workday.
2. Train staff on safety policies and guidelines for personal and guest safety.
3. Follow all safety policies and procedures for the department as well as general safety protocols.
4. Conduct and participates in safety training.
5. Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
6. Practice good environmental practices across the site.
7. Promptly communicate all safety near misses, injuries, and safety concerns to management.
