We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy team member to join our operations department and help manage the digital backbone of our warehouse and fulfillment process. This role is primarily computer-based, handling the coordination of logistics and all order fulfillment, printing shipping labels and gift notes, managing spreadsheets, processing auto deliveries, liaising with shipping partners, quality control over products, inventory management, and providing customer service support.
While there is a physical aspect to the work (inventory handling, packing oversight), the core of the role revolves around digital logistics and operational systems. Ideal candidates will be highly organized, comfortable working in backend systems, and have a passion for wine. Some experience in the wine industry is preferred, and this is a great opportunity for someone who is excited to grow with our company—perfect for an intern-to-hire path.
This role requires collaboration with other departments including Logistics and Sales & Marketing, and reporting to the Director of Operations to ensure that our customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition.
